About Us
Construct Drafting Services is a Christchurch based architectural design and drafting company which over the years has been privileged to help hundreds of people make their building dreams become a reality.
Director and principal designer Chris Cawley, with over 30 years experience in the construction industry starting from a trade background as a carpenter progressing into the role of architectural technician / designer. Having gained valuable experience working in both architectural and structural design offices over a number of years formed Construct Drafting Services in 2009 focusing mainly on residential projects from new homes to additions / alterations, either working from a clients sketch plans or using our custom design service.

Construct Drafting Services carries full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
Associates:We work closely with a range of consultants from structural and geo technical engineers, surveyors and so on, depending on the needs of each project. We are happy to work with a clients choice of consultant or we can recommend our own.
